abgrund, for ensemble (2017)

The meaning of the title refers to a bottomless structure (abyss), in which there is a continuous effort to step out of something into something else, metaphorically. This soundscape is realized technically as a fragile and bare linear-punctuated texture, stretched over time, amongst the shadows of high and low frequencies.
